What is the NeuFit Method?
The NeuFit Method is a specialized system of rehabilitation and fitness that prioritizes the nervous system. While traditional models focus on the site of injury, we use the Neubie device—a specialized neuromuscular electrical stimulation device—to communicate directly with your neurology. By identifying exactly where neurological "disconnects" are occurring, we can reset the body’s patterns to accelerate healing and optimize performance
How it Works
Using the Neubie’s unique direct current (DC) signals, we perform a "mapping" of your body to find where your nervous system is limiting your movement or causing pain. Once these areas are identified, we use specific protocols to "re-educate" your muscles and brain to work together more efficiently, often resulting in immediate improvements in range of motion and pain reduction.

Specialize Programs
  • The Master Reset: This signature NeuFit protocol is designed to shift your nervous system out of a "fight or flight" (sympathetic) state and into a "rest and digest" (parasympathetic) state. By promoting deep relaxation and improving Heart Rate Variability (HRV), the Master Reset helps reduce systemic inflammation and improves your body's overall capacity to heal.
  • Neurological Mapping: We perform a "map" of your body to find the specific spots where your brain is shielding an injury or limiting your movement. This allows us to target the source of the issue rather than just treating the symptoms.
  • Strengthening Without Loading: Using the Neubie’s unique direct current, we can trigger intense muscle contractions to build strength and stability without the joint stress of heavy weights. This is an ideal solution for early post-surgical rehab or for those with sensitive joints who need to build power safely.
FDA Cleared Clinical Uses for the Neubie Device
  • Neuromuscular Re-education: Restoring the connection and communication between your brain and muscles through direct stimulation of the nerves.
  • Management of Post-Surgical and Post-Traumatic Acute Pain: Helping you manage intense pain following an injury or operation.
  • Symptomatic Management or Relief of Chronic Pain: Providing long-term relief for persistent, ongoing pain, addressing the issues autonomic nervous system and the nerves of musculoskeletal system.
  • Increasing Local Blood Circulation: Enhancing blood flow to specific areas to support the body's natural healing process.
  • Maintaining or Increasing Range of Motion: Helping you move more freely and effectively.
  • Relaxation of Muscle Spasms: Reducing involuntary muscle contractions and tension.
  • Prevention of Disuse Atrophy: Keeping muscles active and strong when they cannot be used normally due to pain, nerve damage, or injuries in the surrounding areas.
  • Prevention of Venous Thrombosis After Surgery: Helping to prevent blood clots in the veins following a surgical procedure.
